General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all deliveries, services and offers of G&P GmbH towards business customers (B2B).

2. Offer & contract

Our offers are non-binding. A contract only comes into effect through our written order confirmation.

3. Delivery & shipping

Lead times are typically 14–21 working days. Delivery is EXW factory or by agreement.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. Payment by bank transfer prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty period of 12 months from delivery date applies.

6. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Hanover.
